Rather than finding power in making others feel so bad, you could -
- Make your own “warm fuzzy” folder and write down all of the positive things anyone says to you, things like “good work” or “nice outfit”
- Avoid the people you feel insecure around
- Surround yourself with supportive and positive people
- Remember that others are too worried about their own insecurities to notice your insecurities
- Know that YOU AM IMPORTANT
