Instead of venting this frustration online to others, you could -
- Learn and take note of what triggers my frustration, so you can identify what it is that frustrates you and try and avoid this
- Breathe deeply
- Write your frustrations on a piece of paper and then rip that paper up
- Use a piece of wood, and hammer nails into it when you're frustrated to physically release your frustration
- Because frustration happens when people fail to meet an expectation that one has of someone else, alter my expectations of others
- Remember that things look easier than they are
- Take part in soothing, mindful activities
- Avoid procrastinating because this makes you tired, which makes you frustrated
- Spend time with friends
- Treat yourself
- Exercise
