Rather than trying to bring the person I am jealous of online, you could -
- Identify what makes you feel jealous and try to prevent yourself from allowing jealousy to overcome you in these situations
- Build up and develop your self confidence
- Stop comparing yourself to others because everyone has their own secrets
- Try and do the opposite of what a jealous person would do in a situation when you feel jealous (e.g. offer congratulations rather than reacting destructively)
- Develop a more optimistic outlook
- Become conscious of the feelings that make you jealous, label these feelings and detach them from yourself
- Practice happiness, gratitude and praise
