- Assess the situations when you feel scared and work out what it is making you feel so scared
- Take 10 deep breaths
- Write down the things that make you feel scared, this gets the fears off your conscience
- Tell someone else what you are scared of so they can help you get through it
- Make sure you don't avoid my fears, because the more you avoid it, the more scared and paralysed you become
- Analyse - whats the worst thing that can happen? What actually has to happen for your fear to take place? - This makes the fear easier to deal with
